Random respring iOS 5 beta 3

im on iOS 5 beta 3 jailbroken first with Redsn0w 0.9.8b1 then rejailbroken with 0.9.8b2, the only things ive got installed from Cydia are a few Notification Center Widgets. And sometimes when my iPod is just lying on my desk it randomly rsprings, i dont get safe mode, because i dont have mobile substrate installed. Is is maybe because of the widgets that i have installed? i have PowerCenter, Omni Stat Widget, notification Shower (not working cuase i dont have mobile substrate installed) and Rotaion Lock. Does anybody have an idea?

I think it may have to do with notification shower...does that install libstatusbar?

Never mind, if it was that, it would crash springboard.
