3GS, firmware 05.16.02 Jailbreakme.com?

Hi,
I have a new 3GS iphone, fw 05.16.02, 4.3.3 updated via iTunes, on Win7. Can I jailbreak through jailbreakme.com? And if possible, can I unlock it using ultrasnOw?

Correct. Unlock is available only with the iPad BB.

Step 1) Jailbreak the iPhone with JailbreakMe 3.0

Step 2) Install iPad Baseband using Redsn0w.

Step 3) Unlock using Ultrasn0w.

How does the 3GS run on 4.3.3? Any stuttering or lagging scrolling through things like mail and music or launching apps? Looking to see if this was fixed past 4.3.1.

Be aware though that the iPad BB is likely to mess up your GPRS as in it won't work properly anymore!

Make sure you install the "pdf patch 2" from cydia if you're using the jailbreakme method or any JB method that matter. It closes off the security exploit while you're still jailbroken.
