Terrible battery life after aftermarket battery replacement?

I recently had my 3GS battery replaced by a local cellphone shop. I guess I should have researched more. Does this look normal?

Your usage may be ok. Hard to tell with so little info. Check overnight standby. With push enabled I use about 8% (100->92) in 8 hours.

After switching on your iPhone, switch Edge on for a few minutes and let the certificate be downloaded. Then switch Edge off again and you're fine.
