Need help getting music onto my jailbroken unlocked 3gs

Found a program that could help my situation with a PC, but I have a MacBook. Did some searching on google but found nothing. Does anyone know of a way that I can get music onto my iPhone with my current setup?

Highlight your music files from your music folder on your computer and drag them onto itunes Library, with iphone connected, select your Music to be synced with your iphone.
