Is it legal to sale UDID registrations?
Sorry that I'm asking, but is it legal to sale UDID registrations? I've read a thread about that, but it was from 2009 and maybe something changed after 2 years. I know that uploading/downloading beta firmwares is at least illegal if the official version isn't public. If it is it's still grey area (that's what I know), but I don't want to distribute beta firmwares aynhow. I just want to know if it's legal to register an UDID for money

I dont think it is illegal but it is a violation of Apple's terms of agreement.

Because here it says it's legal and not a violation fo Apple's terms of agreement: Is selling iPhone Dev UDID registrations legal per Apple's license agreement?

I dont see where it says in that thread that it is not in violation of Apple's terms. Looks like people saying the same thing in this thread.
