Simple plist hack to access iCloud features in the App Store, iTunes, and Settings
On a jailbroken iOS device with iFile installed, browse to System/Library/CoreServices/SystemVersion.plist and change the build to 9J2, and the system version to 5.0.0
Save the changes, and reboot.
Once booted back up, load the AppStore and you'll see a new "Purchased" menu, complete with working iCloud download links, and the same goes for iTunes as well.
Also, if you go to your iOS devices Settings, and then tap on Store, you get new options for automatically syncing your Apps and iTunes purchases.
I did this on my iPod Touch 4, running iOS 4.3.3 Jailbroken.

A hard reset did the trick!!! I can see all the apps I've ever download under the update tab in the App Store and there's a new "purchased" tab in iTunes! Sweeeeeeeet!!

A simple reboot with sb settings didn't do it for me... I had to hold home and power and hard reset it. I also have new options in settings... App Store for auto sync and download of new music and apps. I love it.

Yeah I'm on AT&T... shouldn't matter though b/c you have the same OS and A4 system chip.. just a different baseband chip. Go back and double check your ifile that you didn't make any typos. Oh... you know what? I think it said this was only enabled in 4.3.3... i see you're on 4.2.8.. that might be it.

You don't need to change anything, it is just being trickled out to all users.
You can go into your Settings/Store to check those options out. You have to be on 4.3.3.
Best of luckIt only takes a few seconds, but if I helped you, say thanks!

I updated my 3GS from 4.0.1 to 4.3.3 on Tuesday evening with sn0wbreeze and custom IPSW to preserve my baseband, and I saw the new "purchased" thing in the App Store immediately, in the Updates screen. I just checked my settings and saw the options to automatically transfer or not transfer music, apps, and books, and option to transfer over cell data if not on wifi or not transfer on cellular.
I don't see any iCloud stuff yet, or anything that mentions iCloud. Where should that be?
