I've had this error with safari download plug in for awhile now. I've googled and the solutions have been to create a Downloads folder in var/mobile and var/mobile/Library. I have them both and both permissions are set to 777. I still get the same error. I've tried reinstalling via cydia aswell. Does anyone have any solutions?
