Cellular Data Network isn't showing up

Long story short, I ended up buying an iPhone 4 from a friend. I am going to use it on Simple Mobile with the gevey pro SIM. But for some odd reason the "Cellular Data Network" isn't showing up at all. I have restored he iPhone several times in iTunes and its still not showing up

Any suggestions?

Anyone? I tried the other tutorial threads on here and they didn't seem to work.

Whoever can help me, would be willing to paypal ya $10 if you can get this working. Pretty desperate, have checked several other blog posts, forums, and youtube...still no luck.
