Shared/public folder?

I have some files and documents which I want to be share between multiple applications. I dont want to create multiple copies of my files and documents for each application.

Is there any tool or permissions hack to done this?

Not 100% sure I know what your tryin to do, but would somethin like dropbox work?

Actually I want a shared folder on my iphone (to store files/documents) which should be accessible from all installed apps of my phone.
