    Default Notification problem on 4.3.3

    Anyone else having this problem?
    i posted a pic of 2 screens it is showing up in, but i get ZERO notification for anything but text/missed calls/email......
    none for twitter/facebook/words/many more
    in settings notification is ON and all apps are selected ON.....

    i tried syncing it with itunes, Same problem!
