what will happen if i update jailbroken iphone via itunes?

guys im planning to update my iphone to the latest firmware(4.3.3)
and my iphone that is currently on 4.3.2 is jailbroken. i have some jailbroken apps installed. what will happen if i update my iphone to the latest firmware? will my jailbroken/crack apps will be gone? or it will remain but your iphone is not jailbroken again?
