Help pls.! No alerts, no sounds!

Hi there. My first thread here and I hope someone can help me:

Since yesterday I don't get any alert sounds and alert vibrations anymore.

e.g. mail, sms, calendar sound and vibration alerts don't work. (Pop up yes).

Phone rings and vibrates by incoming calls, iPod works also.

Silent switch is on. Also in system settings alerts for mails and messages and calender is on.

I have iFile, if it helps.

I don't get it, if silent switch is on you are not suppose to hear nothing, you got to turn silent off.

sry. yr are right. It was a missunderstanding.
silent switch is turned off. (red dot is not visible). sounds supposed to work.

Did you installed recently a sound theme with winterboard or using toneFX 2?

yes, I installed a few ringtones from cydia and deinstalled them again. furhermore I with iFile in System/library/privat frameworks/celestial.frameworks and increaes there the
"regionalVolumeLimits.plist(%)" from 0.83 to 1.

today back again to 0.83 but this didn't fix the problem.
