Pkgbackup Does Not Work...

ok i have pkgbackup installed and i believe im doing everything correct but when i try to back it up its like the buttons do not work and it also says previous backup data is either corrupt or non existent

can someone please help

I have the same thing going on.... Tried everything just doesn't make sense or I am missing something very obvious, let me know if u figure it out and I'll do the same for you
