Browser Changer doesn't work after updating to 3.1.3

I have a 2G iphone, it was on 3.1 and was starting to become slow with various hitches. So I went into cydia and updated a bunch of stuff, improved performance some but Browser Changer stopped working (I use it with Atomic).

So I tried disabling/reenabling it, along with uninstalling and reinstalling with reboots in between. Didn't work.

After that I figured I might as well update to 3.1.3, that completely fixed the speed/reliability issues...but Browser Changer still doesn't work. I've tried disabling/re-enabling again, reinstalling, etc without any luck.

Anyone know of anything else I can try? Is there a way to manually change the default browser, via ssh maybe?
