    Default system monitoring app?

    I am curious if there is an app that can run somewhere on the springboard maybe on an extra page that can monitor system processes, ram, gpu, etc or anything that is kinda close any help with this would be greatly appreciated

    ps: i know about iStat, A+

    AppStore's System allows to free RAM, kill processes, etc..
