I removed all themes from winterboArd.

SSH in var/stash/themes

See if you have any themes in that folder that may have the weather widget.

^The widget could have replaced/overwrote a plist file, not gonna find it there I believe Annie. Could be, it would have been one of the first things I looked for, so your correct as normal, but he stated he removed all themes. Worth a try for sure.

Mm I have themes in winterboard that are installed via SSH. I was guessing since he said he can't remember where he saved it, he would've put it in manually than thru Cydia. Aside from that, the only place left to look is where widgets go which I have no idea where.

i think some are left in the webclips folder

Just cuz they removed all themes doesn't mean they removed PerPageHTML. That could be a culprit, too

Maybe try an ifile search for weather?
The plist or whatev might pop up, but make sure you set it to search hiearchy(dunno if thats spelled right)

Look in /mobile/library
You may have /mobile/library/sb animated weather, u need to delete it
