Iphone 4 keeps crashing

I have a iphone 4 4.1.3

It seems like it has been crashing at least once a day...i downloaded crash repprter and most of the time it tells me its springboard crashing...sometimes its other apps...can anyone tell me how to fix this problem...preferably wiyhout restoring my phone...

While looking around on my phone i noticed on sbsettings where it lists all the apps i have 2 unnamed blank apps at the top of the list...

Also whenever i exit the modmyi app and one or 2 others it puts a iAd banner at the top of my home screen but it goes away after bout 30 seconds...

I got a feeling this is all connected somehow?

Not really haha, theyre all differen problems. Id restore but thats just me lol. The banner i jusr an ad sheet

How do i get rid of the ad sheet and how did it get there in the first place

I dont want to restore cause it takes so long to get everything back from cydia

you need pkgbackup my friend, makes a restore a doddle!!

Ya man wat he said. As for ad sheets everyone gets them in certain apps, u can SSH in and delete adsheet if it bugs you that much

Ok how exactly does pkgbackup work because i downloaded it a few weeks ago but cant figure it out...and it backs up everything i downloaded from cydia?

Also how do i manually go in and delete the ads? Because they REALLY bother me...I have ifunbox on my pc
