Crash Reporter manual install

I'm not sure if this goes here, but if it doesn't would you kindly move it to the correct forum and I apologize for the trouble.

I'm trying to install Crash Reporter on my Verizon Iphone 4 and upon locating it in Cydia and clicking the install button it gives me the message "I wasn't able to locate file for the crash-reporter package. This might mean you need to manually fix this package."

I've googled around about this error message and about possibly actually attempting to "manually fix" the issue and haven't been able to locate anything. Could someone possibly tell me how I could fix the issue in my Cydia OR how to go about manually fixing/installing Crash Reporter on my Iphone?

Gey spirit off tge internet. It lets u DL .deb files to your phone (cydia packages)

Maybe youll have better luck that way.
