How do i get rid of iAds?

Ok for some reason everytime i close the modmyi app the add that runs on the bottom of the app always goes to the top of my homescreen for a few mins

This time when i logged onto the app a thing popped up askin did i want go pay 2.99 to remove iAds

How can i get rid of this for free an why does it go onto my homescreen
