Photo Folder Scrolling Issue

Hello, I am new to the forums, and I may not have posted in the correct board.

I have more of a technical problem and have included a screenshot of what I am experiencing.

When I go into the Photo Folder (Photo Icon), I have two sub-folders....

Camera Roll (Camera Pics, or Downloaded images)
Photo Library (Photos synced from iTunes)

However, I have a strange problem. I cannot access the Camera Roll sub-folder album because its position is high and behind the "Albums" Banners on the top of the screen.

Though I can scroll down, I cannot select the Camera Roll Album. I know it sounds confusing. So please refer to the screenshot.

The only way I can access the Camera Roll album is directly from the Camera App, and clicking on the bottom left preview screen.

This is very irritating, as it takes several steps more than it should just to access a picture or to look at a downloaded image. It is to say the least....cumbersome.

iPhone 3gs (old bootrom)
4.3.2. jailbroken and unlocked (T-Mobile - Though Carrier Name is set to the date my father died. )
iPad Baseband
Winterboard installed, but nothing is activated on it (no customs settings)
SBS settings
FCSB
Five icon dock

Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks in advance and I apologize of it is on the wrong board.
