Exchange [BLACK] iPhone 4 for [WHITE] iPhone 4

So my black iPhone 4 vibrate has broke and I've done everything to try and fix it. I know I could take it in to the genius bar and they would exchange it for a new black iPhone 4 but do you think I could ask for a white iPhone 4 instead of black...?

Anybody have word on if this is possible?

It really does depend on the person. If they are really nice they probably can find a way. If they're not nice they'll just straight up tell you no

My friend did it at the AT&T store, she had only just got her black iphone 4 like two weeks ago after her 3GS broke, she paid $20 which i am guessing was the restock fee to exchange for the white. Was checking it out yesterday, pretty sweet.
