Maybe this already exists, I hope someone tells me if it does, but wouldn't it be nice if SMS messages could be grouped by the contact? Similar to the "All Inboxes" feature I suppose. I know some people with multiple numbers and/or changed numbers I wish could all be in one conversation. I wish I knew more about coding, because I would do this myself!
That is a good idea. I would get that. I use GV a lot for texts and that would be really nice to group seperate numbers of the same person. It shouldn't be hard to do ..
The only problem would be, how does your phone differentiate which number you want to text back if you reply

I like the idea that by default, your phone will text the last received text. Then also a button to manually switch your reply if necessary? GV is one of the reasons I want texts grouped by contact.
Try the gvsmsextension on cydia. This will eliminate it as coming threw as a weird number and such. It come in with your contacts name and number from gv.
