hi i am from india and want a white iphone 4..is there any way that i can get a without contract phone from for less than 600$?

i have heard that if i pay 199$ n then cancel the after 1-2 days then i have to pay 349$ or something of that sort

also can i also trick them n say my phone is lost n the contract is over?
