iPhone 4 4.3.1 Ultrasn0w update failed - phone now stuck on apple logo

hey guys, got a problem here,

tried updating my cydia just now, the updates were:

barrel
pdanet
ultrasn0w

and another thing but i cant remember

but whilst it was updating the update failed specifically on the ultrasn0w part, i cant remember what it said

but it asked me to respring, i resprang and it just stuck, now ive rebooted it but its stuck on the apple logo

no way to resurrect it?
