iphone from AT&T to unlock in UK
my parents are in america going to buy an iphone 4 for my sister, using at&t but she wants it unlocked is it possible to unlock?
EDIT: she wants it unlocked so she can use an englidh sim card in it

no all the states iphones are locked.
Youll have to buy a iphone from apple in the UK for it to be unlocked

but is it possible to jailbreak then unlock them?
ive had a look and i was wondering if anyone knew the latest baseband for the iphone 4? because if i know what it is i can then work out if its unlockable
