iPhone Can't MMS???

Ok heres my problem. I have an iPhone 3gs on AT&T. Jailbroken on 4.2.1 My girlfriend has the HTC Incredible on Verizon. I have never been able to MMS her. My mom(ATT) can send her some. Her mom(Verizon) can send me some. She has been able to send some to me but today she tried twice and no go. I have never been able to get one through to her. Any one got any tips??? Please and Thank You

Sometimes it is just the network, I have a few friends that can never receive MMS from me. Don't know exactly why it doesn't work. They have MMS in their plan as do I, and I can send MMS to others. Have you tried sending MMS to any other phone besides hers? Because if you can then more than likely it is not a problem with your device, but with the network. (or her device, depending on the data in the MMS some phones aren't compatible for certain file types)

Have any of you ported numbers from other carriers? A few years ago I had a friend or two that would get like one in three texts from me and after an extended time of researching it, I found it to be a problem that happens when certain carriers use numbers from other carriers (such as those keeping your old number ads).

What do you mean by porting numbers?

I also unjailbroke my phone. Upgraded to 4.3.2 and tried. Still didn't work. So reset network settings. Still didn't work. So I just re-jailbroke and am getting tired of it. BTW our moms phones that actually could MMS are not iPhones...
