3GS 4.3.2, cannot disable multitasking...

I've tried both the winterboard mod, and springtomize and when I do either, I loose the phone icon and the ipod icon changes to music and video icons. I can disable the winterboard mod and it goes back to normal, or disable the springtomize and everything goes back.

I've tried this on 4.3.1 & 4.3.2 and neither would work. I used the new pwnage tool released (4.3.2) to get the custom IPSW. everything else is working fine, same thing on 4.3.1. I'm dealing with it right now with the SBSettings 'remove all background' addon to kill everything, but long term it's kinda a pain... I've seen a few posts were others were able to disable this, just wondering if I'm doing something wrong.

Found this in another forum;
Using iFile go to : System>Library>CoreServices>SpringBoard.app>N90AP. plist
-change the following from true to false
<key>multitasking</key>
<false/>

I didn't have N90AP.plist, but I did have N88AP.plist, and was able to make the same change, and no more backgrouding apps...
