I got the Uinique and iNception themes,Winterboard,No piracy!,iFile,YoutubetoMP3,Poof,Folder Enchancer, Fakeclockup,Cydelete, Cydget, MyOS, Safari Download Manager, and Ad blocker.

Is there anything else I should get?

it is a replacement for the "music app" that is a ipod classic
so your screen looks like an ipod classic and it works the same (with volume scroller) really cool!!
