iPhone update problems

Hey. I tried to update my phone today to the newest iOS. iTunes is telling my it cannot connect to the update server. Is there a way to restore my phone or update without connecting to the apple server. I already have the ispw file downloaded but it won't update or restore. Thanks for any help.

And I've also already checked the LAN settings and the host file but still no luck.
