3GS 4.2.1 notifications problem

Hey I'm using iPhone 3GS 4.2.1 and since I've upgraded from 3.1.3 I haven't been receiving any notifications for any of my apps. What can be the problem?
Please help

Are you jailbroken? what is your modem firmware? Are these apps using push notifications?

Yes jailbroken. Modem Firmware is 06.15.00
Yes push notifications are on.

That's the problem, the 06.15.00. You can try diong the SAM/SamPrefs thing, I would try push doctor first. May not work for all apps (facebook is one that it hasn't worked on that I know of).
