I don't think that is possible at the moment, since no pwnage tool is out at the moment. It is possible to JB untethered on 4.3.2, but it does not keep your baseband, so if you depend on unlock, don't upgrade yet

You can jailbreak 4.3.2 with Sn0wbreeze on Windows and it preserves your baseband. Not RedSn0w
Even if you want to preserve your baseband, is not recommended to upgrade to 4.3.1 or 4.3.2 yet if you need to unlock now or in the future if your baseband is 03.10.01
