I was chilling last night and I look at my phone and it froze on the lock screen for like 30 minutes or more. Even after holding the sleep button nothing happened!
So then it suddenly turned off and the apple screen came up and took forever to load. Once it seemed to finish loading it flashed a white screen, turned off and turned itself back on...and it does this over and over....
Sounds like you're in some kind of loop. Are you wanting to try and restore the phone? You will probably have to. Do you have an unlocked and/or jailbroken iPhone and what is the version 3G,2G,3GS, or iPhone 4? By the way you can force the phone to turn off by holding power+home button at the same time for a few seconds. Holding power alone wont do it
I just want my phone to turn on normal and yes its unlocked/jailbroken... 3g.
The part that blows is that if I do DFU mode I cant since my home button doesnt work........fml. I have the shake mod for now.
although............I had it connected to the comp for an hour and when i disconnected it, it showed the battery died in about 10-15 minutes. Could it be a battery issue?
