I jailbroke my phone a couple weeks ago, iPhone 4 running 4.3.1

everything is working fine except in the last couple of days whenever I delete an email or basically do anything in my email it's constantly "dinging"

Prior to this I only heard the ding when I recieved a new email and heard the rocket sound when sending an email.

I'm fairly certain I didn't change any settings for email sounds so I don't really know why it's making noise when I delete a message.

Would this have anything to do with ToneFXs ?? I recently installed it but haven't used it and I don't know when this dinging started.

Does anyone know what causes this and how to stop it?
