Hey all, first post here...however not new to PCs or iPhones at all and not really new to macs either.

I'm currently running an older Dell laptop and will be upgrading to a 13" MBP soon, and I'm worried about the transition when it comes to my iPhone.

I don't keep my music in the iTunes folder, I have manually managed my music and album art thus far, and I haven't synchronized my iPhone with my computer in many months because I don't have enough hard drive space for it (longer story than is necessary to write up here...).

Now I was told by an Apple store "genius" that I can copy my iTunes folder to my new computer and drag and drop it into iTunes and it'll sort everything out. I also know when I first sync my iPhone with the new computer it'll wipe it and re-sync everything, and I'm fine with having to put the music back in, but I'm mainly worried about in-app data.

So here's what I'd like to know. When I get my MBP, how can I ensure as much of my current iPhone transfers over? It's jailbroken but I'm not worried about re-jailbreaking or restoring the jailbreak apps/mods that I do have.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
