Jailbreak lag

Hello
I have a jailbreak iphone 4 running 4.1 version.I have faced few problems such as:
1.When i have a missed call with a notification on my home screen, as i tap on the phone icon to go to recents to view the missed call.My screen blinks and it it takes me back to the home screen which makes me have to redo the whole process again in order to view the missed call.

2.Occasionally,after i finished a phone call,my screen goes black by which i can still see the status bar and signal but i cant get back to the homescreen.Only when i press the lock button then it takes me back to the home screen.

Can anybody help me out on this?
