Error 1013 while restore

hi guys..my phone is now in 4.1 and wanna upgrade to 4.2.1 and i got this error while upgrading. I've tried to edit the hosts file(by deleting all gs.apple) and flush dns but i still get the error. Is there anything i've done wrong? please help T.T

Use greenpoison rc6.1 on it after you get that error.

but it is now in the connect to itunes screen..is it okay to use the greenpoison?

Do you have a emergency call screen at the bottom?
