Backing up your Iphone icon arrangement/placements

Hi,
Can some help me in giving information on how to back up Icon placements and folders that you have created on the home screen?

Last night I did hard reset and all my apps are all over my home screen on to 8 different pages...

Its really a pain to arrange them back the way you want..

Can some one give any pointers on the apps available or any work around available for the same..

As for restoring your icon layout, I think you're out of luck. But Gridlock is a good app to arrange icons without iBlank. You can find it in cydia for $0.99.

You can try backboard. That should restore your layout. I use to use Springback which worked well.
