    Default Trouble with Cydia source...

I'm having some trouble with my Cydia sources. One of the issues is that the static modmyi, bigboss and saurik repos contain nothing when I navigate to them in the sources pane of Cydia. Also there are duplicate entries for those repos which are different from the static entries. The problem is that when I search for various packages that I know should be there Cydia doesn't return a search result.

This all started after I updated to 4.3.1 from a tethered 4.3, jailbroke using redsn0w(first revision) and then restored my packages, repos, pref files, etc. using PkgBackup. I have attempted to remedy the problem by both merging /AND/ overwriting my Cydia sources. At this point I would really prefer not to need to do a full restore, though that may be the easiest option. I would rather replace my sources file with a stock one and manually add my other repos from there. Trouble is that I have googled the cydia.list file and the results that I have returned are like 2 years old therefore I don't know if they're current. If somebody could attach a unmodified cydia.list, hell an entire unmodified apt directory would be even better so I can start entirely fresh. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    TIA,
    Mike

I am having the same problem, used pkgbackup to restore when I upgraded to 4.3.1 and now all the duplicate sources with errors. I tried to delete the sources form the cydia.list file thru file and they keep coming back. Any help will be much appreciated.
