Ads popping up on homescreen

Is there any way to stop ads from showing up on my 3gs homescreen?? They usually pop up after I close any news or shopping apps like newegg, amazon or ebay! I tried to install IADkiller from Cydia but it keeps on telling me that it can't find any resources

Same issue here. It started occurring on 4.2, but it has gotten worse on 4.3.1. The ads would "linger" for a second or so on 4.2 -- on 4.3.1 they sit there much longer and sometimes I have to turn the screen off/on to dismiss.

For me they stay there until I reboot/respring or close the app in the switcher that has iAds.
If you have iFile you can open it up then go to var/stash/Applications and delete the folder called AdSheet.app, back it up first in case something goes wrong.
That somewhat fixes the problem but ads are gone (not that I like ads) but someone needs to find out what's really causing the problem.

Just went from 4.0.1 to 4.3.1 yesterday and I'm having the same issue. It's really annoying!!! I'll try your trick after I get ifile
