Anyone has any idea what is the app called when you can have a sound playing upon entering the correct passcode on the iphone?

I recalled seeing one Youtube video where this guy he has a "Access Granted" sound when he entered the correct passcode on his iphone.

I've been searching for this app online for a few days now but seems like no one has posted it before.

Any help?
