Cydia Sources/Packages removal
Okay so I have a 3G on 4.1 and it has become nothing but a lag phone. I need to just start over with cydia and want to remove all the packages/tweaks/themes/apps/ everything. is there a way to remove all the stuff I have downloaded with Cydia at once?

You could SSH into it and delete all your cyrus apps there. I'm not sure off the top of my head what location they're in but that would work. Remember if you do that, don't delete openssh cause you'll need it to delete the files. Quite honestly, if you want to speed up your phone I would do a quick save in iTunes and do a full restore. If you do jailbreak, don't add multitasking or anything else. The 3G is pretty sluggish as it is so if you're worried about speed this would be my advice

Not sure you can do anything to increase the speed of your 3G. My 3G, which I only use as an iPod now has always been much slower when it is jailbroken. I have decided to live it.

Thanks for the SSH coment, that would have worked. My 3G was always fine but when I say lag I'm talking about 15 seconds to pull up my text app and about the same to pull up the phone. So I was dealing with some serious lag. Don't even want to tell you how long it took the camera to open.
I just updated to 4.2.1 running flawless.
