Default return to top level, not inside a folder?

After I launch an app that's inside a folder, the next time I press the home button, it returns me to that folder. I need to press the button again to get to the top level. Is there a mod that will make it so that the folder is "closed" once an app from it is launched?

    You're the man! Thanks!

I didn't want to take up my question describing how irritating it is when you return to the top level long after you last opened a folder only to find you have to press the dang button again. But it was very irritating.

If U're using folderenhancer, u can set it to exit the folder after launching the app from within. Just go to 'Settings' -> 'Folderenhancer' & play with the options.
