Hello, I'm dealing with a strange wallpaper problem, can you please help?

After moving and scaling my wallpaper then setting it, the adjustments I make don't take effect, and my wallpaper gets auto sized (for example, if I zoom into a picture and set that as my wallpaper, the zoom won't take effect), also when I try to use pictures I have taken as wallpapers, they turn out to be sideways, funny thing is, when I respring it shows the wallpaper properly positioned briefly before screwing with it.

I have an Iphone 4 and I'm running Green Pois0n.

Make sure that the wallpaper is the right dimensions for the iPhone 4.

This happens to me when I move & scale my contact photos. I just move & scale the photo first, then screenshot it. Then use the screenshot actual size, instead of moving & scaling within the wallpaper settings. Just apply the photo, afterwards.
