Problem uninstalling BiteSMS

I downloaded a trial of BiteSMS and decided to uninstall it and try something else. After I uninstalled it via Cidya, I don't get any notifications when I have a new text message, only the badge on the app. No sound, no vibrate, no window. I tried restarting my iPhone twice and it still wouldn't work.

Is there a way to restore the original Apple settings for message alerts?

Are your setting set for those to come up?

Yep. That's my problem. I was thinking it might be a problem with the actual files or a plist file somewhere. I figured there are some people on here that might know where that is.
