Has anyone noticed that the 3gs seems to be going back up in price on ebay?

It's been a while since I've looked, but I remember prices going down to about 280 shipped late last year and now I'm starting to see auctions ending around 300-330 shipped.

I wonder if it's because people are getting frustrated waiting for the iphone 4 to be more easily unlockable?
