JB and Apps
I wasn't sure what the best place for this was: Mods, if this needs to be moved, feel free.
Thank You in advance.
I have an iPhone 4, iOS 4.2.1, GP JB RC 5 (untethered.)
What I really need to know is: How can I remove all traces of non-stock Apps from my iPhone?
I have iFunBox, and complete access to the file-tree.
I ended up with the dreaded GameCenter "sandbox" issue, and tried a suggested method of fixing it. The method may have worked, but in the process, the Phone no longer sees all the apps as installed...
All non-stock icons disappeared, but the space was still used, so I manually deleted the apps from: User -> Applications. This recovered only about half the space back, but did allow me to re-install the Apps.
I can't do a restore, as iTunes wants me to update to 4.3. I do not want a tethered JB, if it wasn't my phone I wouldn't care. I can't lose an hour or more to re-setting up my phone if something crashes.
So until a 4.3 untethered JB is released (Mac or Win, doesn't matter as I have both) I need to restore, without restoring. Any ways to do this? It's not where you've been, or where you're going..

Do you not have 4.2.1 SHSH?

No... Cydia doesn't have the option anymore. I forgot to use Tiny before Apple stopped signing 4.2.1.
So I need an alternate way to clear the data on the phone, so I can start quasi-fresh.It's not where you've been, or where you're going..

Yeah, no luck.
I even made a backup of the file I edited. Saved it on my computer before I modified it, just in case, but when I put the original back, the system/apps were still broke. It's not where you've been, or where you're going..
