How to save my Iphone including cydia apps?

I want save to everything on my iphone including Cydia apps because im getting another iphone 3gs. So how do i make an exact copy of my older iphone to my newer iphone?

Ooops! Sorry! jasvncnt10! I didn't see that post as i was skimming. I'll go search. But it'll be so good if you give the link for (full download) as I'm in a jungle and can't pay with my credit card for those! thanks! Jungle means I'm in a very undeveloped village like city and they blocked paypal or credit card transfer in here. Gees!

No Wi-Fi for my iPhone and how can I install afc2dd or others via Cydia? It'll be good if I can use my laptop Internet connection via USB to iphone! Is there such application?
