Need help

I know ive read alot on here about people deleting there contacts but none of them answer my question. I had all my stuff backed up and everything i went to upgrade my os and it had to restore which was fine cause i had everything backed up. Then my i tunes for some reason it synced immediately after booting and replaced the back up with all my stuff with a back up of an empty iPhone. I was wondering if there is anyway to get my stuff back?

Right click your device in iTunes in the left panel, select restore from back up, then select your back up that you wish to use.

Im using a pc. The problem is that i tunes seems to have only the last back up that the phone took after it restored.

If you don't have any other back ups available, I'm not so sure you can regain.

Yeah sorry bud...next time back your stuff up manually. I always do just in case this happens, and it has happened to me before.

or you can choose to uncheck the sync button for that phone so it does not sync at startup , i have 2 in my itunes and dont need to loose me stuff, has anyone else used your puter to use itunes if so maybe they logged into their acct, just asking hoping for a easy fix for ya, L
