Changing icons?

So I'm using the iswerve theme, I love the theme but hate the way the icons look. I have iconharvester but it only changes like 10 of my apps. Is there an easy way to take the icons from another theme I have and replace the with the iswerve theme

You would need to SSH into the iPhone and go into Library/Themes and look for the Icons folder in that theme and copy-paste them into the other theme.
