HELP!!! UniAWv3 doesnt work!!!

Hope the right guy finds this i couldnt find where to post it.

I got a iphone 4 14gb firmware 4.1

I downloaded this Uniawv3 and it is the sickest thing ive seen.

I just cant get it to work on my phone!!!!!

Got it through Cydia, but nothing loads, just some clouds from the animated weather. Everything else is dfault (icons, etc.)

Restarted, powered off, reinstalled, nothing works. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I could be wrong but that is not a theme, all it is is animated weather. the pics you see in the screenshots are from another theme it's just showing the animated weather.

I managed to put it in winterboard and activated it there with no problem. Only mod I made was rename the wallpaper.html. It works like a charm. Did u respring your phone?
